Our team is there to help and support you by dealing with day-to-day issues that arise during the tenancy, from boiler faults to wobbly gates! We try to use local trades people with the necessary qualifications and liability insurance to help keep repair costs to a minimum.
Our dedicated accounting department help to ensure rents are processed efficiently, monthly statements issued and any queries resolved.

Conducting a property inspection on a property you own can become personal, our Inspection & Report Service aims to give you a professional edge and helps to maintain the relationship you have with your tenants.
£35 per visit
For Landlords that are Tradesmen or multi skilled and handle all repairs themselves.
Gas Safety Certificates must be provided and repairs handled in a timely manner.
Confirmation that you have protected the deposit with one of the three accepted protection services*
6% pr month ongoing (£25 per property initial setup fee)
Our tenant find service is designed for those of you that would like to look after the day to day management of the property yourself!
We market and manage the property in the same way as with the managed service until the new tenant moves in, then we hand the reins back to you!
The deposit and first months rent are collected by us on your behalf.

A fully managed Service covering everything from marketing to property inspections, rent collection and handling your repairs.
We aim to deliver a cost effective comprehensive service that you can rely on.
The deposit is submitted to The Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
£200 Fee (£50 if your property is already tenanted) plus 8% of the monthly rent
